Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Eduraa account and the personal data attached to it at any time. This page explains every way to do that — from the Eduraa mobile app (com.eduraa.app), from the website, or by email if you can no longer sign in — and exactly what happens after you ask.
1. From the mobile app
- Open the Eduraa app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type the confirmation word shown in the dialog, then confirm.
2. From the website
Sign in at eduraa.com and open Account → Delete account (https://eduraa.com/en/me/delete), then send the request. It is the same request the app sends.
3. If you cannot sign in
Email support@eduraa.com from the address your account is registered with, with the subject "Account deletion request", and tell us the name of your academy. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before acting on it, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.
4. Accounts managed by an institution
If you study with an institution, that institution is the controller of your course records, so your deletion request is sent to its administrator for approval. Your account stays active until the request is approved, and you will be signed out once it is. Platform, country, and institution administrator accounts are protected and cannot be deleted this way — administrative continuity would be lost; contact us instead so we can transfer the role first.
5. What happens, and when
- Immediately: the account is closed, every session is revoked, and sign-in stops working on all your devices.
- For the next 30 days: the account sits in a grace period, so contact us in that window if it was a mistake.
- After the grace period: your personal data is erased or anonymized — your name, email, avatar, authentication credentials, push-notification tokens, and the learning records tied to you (enrollments, progress, quiz answers).
- What we keep: records the law requires us to retain, such as invoices and payment records, and security audit entries. These are kept only for the legally required period.
